Dr. Mian M. Javaid
Physician
Dr. Mian M. Javaid is a dedicated physician and leader at Prairie Lakes Healthcare System in Watertown, South Dakota, where he directs the Hospitalist Department and chairs the Medicine Department. Specializing in adult medicine, he completed his M.D. at Ross University in 2009 and his residency at Queens Hospital Center in 2013.
Dr. Javaid is passionate about preventive care, focusing on patient education, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits to reduce chronic disease risks. He empowers patients to take charge of their well-being, combining medical guidance with modern tools for informed, lasting lifestyle changes.

Meet Asma Ferdous, MSN, FNP-C – a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner committed to personalized, patient-first care. A graduate with distinction from United States University, California, Asma also brings prior experience as a physician in Bangladesh, giving her a rich, culturally aware perspective. She provides attentive, high-quality care for patients of all ages. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, singing, and traveling with her husband and daughter in Sugar Hill, Georgia.

Dr. Amit Kachalia is a board-certified internist who graduated from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 2014. With over a decade of clinical experience, he is known for his high clinical acumen and an empathetic, patient-centered approach to care.

She lives in Cumming, GA, with her husband and two sons, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
